All purchases of cell phone and GPS files are nonrefundable.  Before purchasing, you agree that you are familiar with the operation and possible limitations of your mobile device and that you have tried the sample file(s) provided to test your device's capability.

You agree that you have read the information on the Mobile Device page of the website and understand that the trail locations are only as accurate as have been provided by the individual snowmobile clubs and that the trails have been slightly modified to reduce data points.

Mohawk Valley GIS does all that is humanly possible to keep trail changes current on the web site. Unforeseen circumstances do happen and sometimes trails have to close with little notice. Please contact the clubs directly if you have any questions about trail status or riding conditions.  

The source of information for these maps comes from the clubs and the NY State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Mohawk Valley GIS cannot guarantee the accuracy of trail locations nor can Mohawk Valley GIS assume responsibility for the condition of the trails depicted on the map. Please use caution and control at all times when riding.

Once purchased, you agree that you will not give or sell the downloaded files to other individuals, and that you will not modify the files and then resell them as your own work. If you are purchasing cell phone files, you agree that you will not create a Public Google map with the data.

Mohawk Valley GIS is pleased to present this interactive snowmobile trail web site. The participating clubs have worked hard to provide as well marked, mapped and groomed trails as possible.
