HURRICANE IRENE DAMAGE

Excessive flooding from hurricane Irene and tropical storm Lee has damaged a significant portion of our state's trail system, particularly in the Binghamton area across the Mohawk Valley region to the capital district.

It is imperative that you contact the clubs in those areas before riding this season to check progress of trail recovery and bridge repair. Some clubs may not have any trails open this season.

Please generously support fund-raising efforts in these areas. The devastation to homes and businesses has been horrible.
