NY Snowmobile Registration
All NY State residents and non-residents must register their sleds in New York to ride in New York. Registration is $100 per year, starting September 1. Registration is $45 for riders who join a New York State Snowmobile Association Member Club and obtain a registration voucher. Anyone may join a New York Club.
You can register at any Department of Motor Vehicle Office throughout the state. Registration renewals are commonly processed by mail. Locations of some of the area's DMV Offices are included in the online trail map. For more information about registering your sleds, visit the New York State Snowmobile Association website. Remember for your own personal safety and enjoyment, know where to go!

Towns of Webb and Inlet Trail Permits
The towns of Webb and Inlet offer hundreds of miles of groomed trails, proudly serving as one of the finest snowmobile destinations in the North East. A trail permit is required, visit the Old Forge website to purchase one or for more information. For the 2011-2012 season, cost is $65 prior to Nov 15, $80 after Nov 15.

For the 2011-2012 season, we have participating club trails in 17 counties: Chemung, Clinton, Cortland, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Ontario, Otsego, Schoharie, Tioga, Tompkins, and Wayne.
