Our NY interactive web map makes it easy to zoom in on a trail section of interest and print a map. Find lodging and dining establishments, gas stations, dealers and much more within a distance of a particular trail. Numerous search options are provided. Easily plan an entire day's outing within our extensive trail system in central New York, including the popular Old Forge area.

Summer 2010 News: Thanks everyone for a successful first year for the website. NEW! Most of the Old Forge trail network has recently been GPSed, this data will be added to the web map in the fall.
You can now follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest updates and news.
We are starting to plan for next year, let us know where you would like the snowmobile trail map to expand or what you would like for downloads to smart cell phones or GPS receivers.

Please respect the rights of the generous land owners and ride responsibly. MVGIS does all that is humanly possible to keep trail changes current on the web site. Unforeseen circumstances do happen and sometimes trails have to close with little notice. Please contact the clubs directly if you have any questions about trail status or riding conditions. On behalf of MVGIS and all the participating snowmobile clubs and members, we wish you an awesome ride. The source of information for these maps comes from the clubs and the NY State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. MVGIS cannot guarantee the accuracy of trail locations nor can MVGIS assume responsibility for the condition of the trails depicted on the map.
